Install print monitoring software onto network and run for 30 days – this drills down and monitors individual print drivers. Month-end Report gives
Analyse and Audit Accounts for all print-related purchases.
Qualitative meetings with End Users and Management.
Floor plan analysis of individual Workgroups and their volume page production
Final Report identifying current costs and making recommendations for future needs
